A strong trend towards greater security can be noted in today's society. Conventional systems increasingly turn out to be no longer up-to-date, as rapid developments and more modern technologies demand rethinking. In contrast to other systems, our facial identification systems are based on GigE cameras with embedded processors. This makes processing by relevant applications (e.g., digital photo preprocessing) directly in the camera possible. In this connection, we implement state-of-the-art technologies and follow this trend.
